With a deep-rooted belief in purpose-driven leadership, Jeanne has consistently delivered organizational transformation by aligning people, processes, and performance with vision and values.
As the Founder and CEO of The Key Piece Coaching & Consulting, LLC, Dr. Jeanne has built a distinctive coaching enterprise that empowers women in leadership to reframe their narratives, elevate their influence, and lead with conviction. Her signature framework, What’s the Reframe?, is used across cohort programs, keynotes, and executive coaching engagements to spark sustainable, identity-driven change. Her impact is defined not only by operational excellence, but by her unwavering faith, and her commitment to clarity, character, and collective growth.
